Can't open game launcher from desktop.(Solved)

The only way I can access the launcher is by running administrator mode from the launcher file. Can I do something to get the launcher on my desktop and run it without administrator mode?

I wiped my harddrive xD I couldnt find any other solutions probably until now and it works.
