Gap closer snares mist form to uselessness

For the love of god remove the freaking gap closer snare PERIOD. But if you have immunity up, it definitely shouldn't happen. Idiot stamblades run around with eternal hunt (set should be banned from pvp) shuffling and moving like there's no tommorrow and it's impossible to catch them. I try to use mist form -- the only way I have to try and get out of cyro permasnare (why does EVERYTHING snare?) and the root spam that has become constant, and my mobility is completely nullified by some junky proctard stam build spamming their crit rush or invasion on me. I just inch along, still taking massive amounts of damage, and you can't heal or roll or block or purge or anything. Why doesn't shuffle make you unable to heal, block, dodge, or use abilities? Totally broken crap. If you're in mist form you should be immune to gap closers.
