Framerate dropping - fixed after restart

Hello,
i have a wierd problem. When i launch the game i get a very stable framerate of 40-70 fps depending on the location im at. But after a while, all of a sudden (after an hour or after only half an hour) my frames drop to like sub 30 and wont go up anymore. When i quit the game and restart it, logging in at the exact same spot i logged out my framerate is fine again.
Is this only happening to me? Its so wierd and annoying that i have to stop playing until there is a solution
Im running a Windows 10 x64 PC
ESO on a SSD
i5 3570
GTX970
16 GB RAM
My PC shouldnt be the problem. Maybe some wierd RAM issue.

greylox✭✭✭✭✭Happens to me after teleporting to different places a lot or playing more than 4 hours straight. Like you, a relog sorts it but still annoying.
