I'm 100% sure Cliff Racers will be in ESO Morrowind, just cant make it Morrowind without cliff racers
They're already in the game. Climbed one of the two volcanic mountains in Stonefalls recently and one flew right up to me. I highly suspect that they will be in the expansion. Whether or not they are aggressive or killable is something I do not have the answer to.

Just reading the title gave me anxiety lol

TES3 haunting me like a nightmare. walking the land of Vvardenfell as I head back to Balmora, only to hear the loud screech of the cliff racer coming towards me. I try to attack, but very few blows connect so I run for my life, but as I run more fly in and soon enough im praying that I get to town and the townsmen kill them off before I die...

10/10, would run from an cliff racer army again.

    exactly.
Those people touting how easy they are...

They probably played oblivion before morrowind.
The more games you play... pretty much easier they become.
It's like touting how easy pokemon red and blue is... playing pokemon red or blue after you played heartgold or something.
Very easy to play pokemon red when you played several ones and then play red for the first time. Just like playing skyrm and becoming interested in morrowind and then confused because everyone said it was scary but its easy for you... cuz you already know the mechanics.

In that moment, in that time, Morrowind was a pretty scary game.
Just like Quake 1, this is when pc gaming and using the mouse was invented. it wasnt easy to turn around with bad mouse skills
Grand Theft Auto 3 with the cops chasing you
Mike Tyson punchout because you new to fighting game mechanics, to combos. (people played to what they saw visually, not the guy does combo 1, combo 2, combo 3, after combo 3 u do 6 quick punches and what for him to repeat again... people didnt think like that, like how games are made now, they only knew what they saw, many people had no clue it was a combo over and over again, until you played it so many times you predict everything visually, and still not in combos).

You dont know how the monster mechanics work, and they do a super good job at making these monsters sound frightening, while they sneak up on you.
