PC Morphing from werewolf back into character glitch

At times when I morph from werewolf back into my character he goes invisible and cannot move until I restart the game.

Darcwolf✭✭✭I have similar problems, except I am either A. hunched down and sliding all over, or B. just stay in werewolf form (even though I'm not) normal attacks look fine, looks like I'm just swinging. But special attacks don't do any animation, beacuse Im still stuck in werewolf form.0
