Can't log in at all...

I can't seem to log in at all. As soon as the login screen shows up, it says "Connection to login server timed out", but only after one second. I wonder why. I'm gonna try the non-Steam shortcut to see if that works.

ZOS_PeterT✭✭✭If you're running into an error message stating "Connection to server timed out" when you try to log in, please close both the game and launcher, then start the game again.
