Web access code issue

At Custommer support,
I am unable to play the game or login since I can''t pass by the web acces code. The email adress was from school which has been withdrawn. I got the login details but im stuck at almost everything. Hope there''s a way to change the mail adress. Be in mind i can't even login to my account to check for details. So ill need to look thing's back from almost two year's ago
For the moment I cant even play the game cause I Need to redownload it.
And even when a ticket is received. They probably help you ons the wrong email.
