Running after releasing W key

I am having a problem where I keep running for a period of time after releasing the W key. The longer I press it the longer I can run tho it is not consistent for the time spent running. While stuck running, I can turn, use an ability, do anything really. It is not a stuck W key and it does not do this in any other games, online and offline.

Anyone have any suggestions as it can be quite annoying and prevents me from being effective in pvp and other aspects of the game.

Also, I have tried disabling all addons and it did not help. I also went thru all startup and running programs and theres just not much in there as I keep my system fairly minimal. I tried disabling a few but it did not help. Google tells me there is a few other people out there with the same problem but no solutions really.

I have noticed that recently pressing the E key at say the Writ Board makes me get all 3 writs, like it is sticking on the repeat rate. However this happened without a game patch, so not sure why.

One thing you might try is to either reduce the keyboard repeat rate or increase the repeat delay.

Or, windows seems to want to do this a lot in this game due to holding down shift and W for sprinting, make sure windows did not set Sticky Keys for you. About every 2 or 3 weeks i have to tell Windows no.

I'm trying to figure out when it started. It wasn't doing it when I first got the game for sure (1st day of Gold Edition). It started about a month or so ago but I did not have a forum account then so couldn't ask for advice then.

Well I did reduce the keyboard repeat rate or increase the repeat delay and it does help initially. Tho it makes backspace when typing a pita. After a while I still have the same problem come up tho.

Any other thoughts out there?
