Costume crafting

Okay, here is something I would like to see - costume crafting. I feel like it would make all the time I spent gathering motifs worthwhile. With the arrival of proc sets, barely anyone asks me for crafting anymore. Even I am wearing two dropped sets on my main. Unfortunately, it is a Barbaric motif and looks like poop. I looted a costume to wear over it, but now I look like everyone else. I want to be able to make a Harlequin set or Yokuden as a costume (no special powers, maybe using some low level mats I keep getting as Writ rewards) so that I can cover ugly proc sets. I want to be able to sell them too. Make crafters relevant again.

AFrostWolf✭✭✭✭This would be super awesome. I would love if they would let us convert armor set drops but if they won't go that route then letting us make a motif style costume to wear over it would be awesome.1
