Do I need Morrowind Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade to play warden ?

It only says you can play as Warden in the Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade, not the standard, or can you for both ?

✭✭✭✭✭warden collectors edition includes a cosmetic upgrade for the summoned bear the warden uses. it would defeat the purpose of drawing people into an expansion if the class itself was locked behind the highest upgrade option0 -
