Haven Quest Markers

Anyone else notice how confusing Haven is when it comes to active quests. i dont know why its a closed door city when the map registers every thing as outside (bare arrow marker symbol) and not behind a door or inside (Arrow pointing at doorway marker symbol). Anyone else have this problem?
