Can't install Install_ESO.exe

After I am asked to give permission to java to run the installer, nothing happens on Windows 10.
This is because the version of Java packaged with the exe is wrong or broken.
Int the temporary folder, I had to redirect the installer to my own installation of java
setup.exe LAX_VM "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_121\bin"
This allowed the installer to run.
