✭✭✭✭Well, as Gina already said it is old skin. They use it during web-site maintenance. On other hand this skin is far better than skin that we got with Thieves Guild DLC with transparent background that is frustrating for eyes. Sadly I know this one it temporal till end of maintenance, but this old one is so nice without transparent background and small buttons.
