I got to admit I find that pretty awesome to look at. I have not seen any of the store gear since I "returned" a week ago.

Depends on the race, artwork materials and gender

I actually mix and match for best look but it doesn't align with level or heavy, light medium

It is quite ugly, imho. Also, not that expensive to get in game with gold. Just my personal opinion, however.

I definitely like that one. I don't notice most gear on people because to be honest the gear in ESO is pretty bland. The Dro-m'Athra at least has some nice flash to it that catches my eye every time I see it.

AGREED! The helm is a bit weak, but the rest is just magical!

I actually use this motif in mostly black with the Hollowjack helm and the "executioner" title. Looks amazing.

Tastes vary, you couldn't get me to wear that even if you gave me $45.

Personally I use a lot of costumes as most of my gear is dropped, and without a way to change the looks of dropped gear, I find motifs to be pointless.

Personally I've always been a fan of Ancient Elf heavy armor. I also like all pieces of Order of the Hour heavy armor EXCEPT the skirt. The skirt would be amazing, if the detail didn't SMEAR when your character opens their legs. HOW DID THIS MAKE IT TO PRODUCTION?!?

agreed. I got the Imperial edition so i have the option to change anything i pick up to Imperial Style. idk why they cant make it so whatever motifs you have learned for crafting also apply to gear you have. like certain areas drop certain styles of the same gear.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Personally I think Ancient Elf is one of the more ugly motifs in the game but thats my opinion. Order of the Hour is one of my favorites though.

I really like the Aldmeri Dominion style chests and shoulders, but I think the hats are a little silly on whole.

I also like some of the xivkin set, and I really love light mercenary hats, but these sets for some reason have cloth texture incompatibilities that make dyes somewhat different on them than on some of the vanilla sets.

I wish that there would be further remastering of vanilla armors, because the shapes and concepts of a lot of them are nice but the quality seems low compared to some of the recent motifs. Especially the 'rare styles' that were originally for enemy mobs and seem to have limited dye capabilities.

(and my biggest peeve will always be the godawful huge clunky haphazard-looking stitching on the supposedly refined and elegant altmer light sets... if any race has 500 years to blow making fine, invisibly hemmed and impeccably embroidered outfits, it's the altmer...)

I think Abah's Landing set is pretty neat. Can't wait for RaGada set come update 13.

I am also a fan of the Ancient Elf and Glass set as well.
