[BUG] Ball of Lightning breaks Retreating Maneuvers

a bug i have come across with the morph of bolt escape (Ball of Lightning) breaks retreating maneuvers while the other morph (Streak) doesnt
i know that if you do damage or heal it will break retreating maneuvers but the Ball of Lightning morph is breaking it instantly as soon as you use the skill with retreating on you,
would be if this could be fixed before next patch hits, its bad enough trying to get away with the increase cost to bolt escape each time you use it
@ZOS_GinaBruno this should be something you guys can easily reproduce i'm using both morphs at rank IV
