[PS4] Dual Wield Heavy Attack Animation is broken! Since at least SEPTEMBER!

On PS4 currently, the heavy attack animation for dual wielding does not play properly. It snaps, and does not play smoothly at all. It cause your character to shake and stutter, really killing the first person combat for me. There is a video for proof too!

PLEASE look into this. I submitted a ticket and I get the generic "reset console", uninstall/reinstall. I am not reinstalling the game for this issue. This is an issue in YOUR end and I would like this to be addressed. Thank you.
