Just came out of the Bank in Vulkel Guard, the other day, and some very pleasing looking Altmer had on a Fur lined hood and a Staff with deer antlers adorning the top. Is this craftable and/or where might I find such a thing?

    Skinchanger, yeah. It dropped during the New Life Festival. You can probably still pick it up at guild traders and craft it yourself.
