Isn't it obvious? Why would a game developer, when given the option to game every day on a high end PC rig, have it any other way?
I play on Xbox and I am fine with PC being the go-to for best gaming experience. There are no illusions here. The original post was a troll question in that sense.

Maybe because they only have a high-end PC rig at work, and they want to play games at home? Or just because they made a game which is available on both and (like many players) want to play on both?
Pete Hines has mentioned having the game on both PC and Xbox. But I don't know about any of the others.
