Skyshards list On Console Versions?

Is there any way to view which skyshards I have received/need on the Xbox version?
I am only level 16 and considering buying the pc version for mods

Menu > Journal > Achievements > Character > Scroll down to Skyshards.

That is, I believe it's under Character Achievements.
