Long Lost Lore quest

I was doing this quest, on PS4, when the PS4 network crashed last night and booted me out of the game. Now this quest ti stuck at the point where I have to talk to Arch-mage Shalidor, but he is no longer there, and the quest giver is also not there to talk to her. How can I reset this quest?
