Pledge of Mara x0 bug

Hi!
I recently bought the imperial race bundle from the crown store and with it comes a pledge of Mara that I was hoping to use with my friend. I tried using it yesterday to no avail. I understand what is needed, you have to equip it in your quickslot, stand next to a shrine of Mara and group with & target your friend then use it via quickslot. I get that, using it is not the problem. The problem is that the item seems to be bugged. The pledge of Mara is in my inventory as a count of 1 (x1 item), when I move it to my quickbar however, it appears as a count of x0 and I am unable to use it. It appears as if I have run out of said item. Like when you put health tinctures in your quickbar, you use them all, but the item remains in your quickbar with a count of x0 and greyed out. That's what is happening with my pledge of Mara even though I haven't used it already or run out. It just isn't there. Impossible to use.
I have raised a couple tickets about this but gotten generic, unhelpful responses (I'm new so I'm not sure if this is normal or not, I'm guessing it is). I'm not sure how long it normally takes for Zen to look at/solve them either.
