who is good with ESO math that can help me real quick (stats question)

I've never really been sure of the order calculations go through when talking about stats. I'm a wood elf, nightblade, vampire, 100 points into stam recovery CP, 429 stamina recovery on top of that from sets. With a drink giving 493 stamina recovery I have 2800 stamina recovery. Without the drink I go down to 1876 stamina recovery. That's damn near a loss of 1000 stamina recovery simply from taking away 493 stamina recovery. I tried adding up the passives from NB, wood elf, and vamp and i cannot get these numbers to match. Any intrepid mathematicians out there could show me what's going on here?

So Regen has the basic formula:

Regen = (Base + Item + Mundus)*(CP + Skill + Buff)*Skill2 + Drink*(CP + Skill + Buff)

The only known Skill2 source is the Willow's path set which doesn't affect Drink anyways. Using our build editor and you setup I can see the following sources of Stamina Recovery:

1. 25%: Mooncalf CP ability (CP.StaminaRegen)
2. 28%: Wind Walker 2 passive in Medium Armor line (Skill.StaminaRegen) wearing 7 medium armor
3. 10%: Supernatural Recovery 2 passive in Vampire line (Skill.StaminaRegen)
4. 15%: Refreshing Shadows 2 passive in Shadow line (Skill.StaminaRegen)
5. 21%: Y'ffre's Endurance 3 passive in Wood Elf Skills line (Skill.StaminaRegen)
6. Total = +99%

So your +493 regen from drink actually gives you 981 regen (493*(1 + 0.99). The editor gives 1876 Stamina regen without drink and 2857 with drink. All the various sources add up to give a large effect in the end.
