Please to something to address the issues with Voice Chat (PS4/NA)

For several days now Voice Chat (Area, Group, and Guild Chats are all bugged the same way) will periodically go crazy and you can not hear anything more than short bursts of loud noises that make no sense. It is more often bugged than it works like it should. This makes Trials and PvP nearly impossible to play. This game stops being an MMO if no one can communicate with each other. And no, Text Chat is NOT a viable alternative
