Definitely, it could use some tweaks and improvements, especially for Cyrodiil.
So my response more accurate would be:
Fantastic! Keep it up! But it needs serious improvements, some tweaks as well, and a few things need to be fixed ASAP.

I was about to give up myself after 100s of runs for BSW then I opened up a chest and bam was such a relief got my 1 handed sharpen sword I was after. I'm sure it will be the same for you, keep opening chest from the people I party with most got there sharpen weps from chest too lol0 -

And I don't think they care about that. My husband and I have maintained subs without a break from day one. When they went to the B2P + crown shop model they quit caring about retaining players long term and shifted their focus to a steady stream of new players. While some additions and improvements have been made that we enjoy, overall the game still has a ton of problems and only seems to add to them with every new thing they introduce. For example: Crafting reaearch, mount training, lack of fun rare drops and ach rewards and racials. If I got to decide no racials would affect racials (and if they do it would be at most like Stealthy or the argonian potion, but no increase to resources total/regen or increased/reduced damage taken/dealt)
Then I have some problem with how ZoS handles different parts of the game.
