I believe that it is time to add "Recipes" to our Lore Library. I, personally, would love to see which recipes I am still missing.

I'm using this addon when I want to check which recipes I'm missing.

    I disagree.

Not because I don't want to know what i'm missing - but because there are no pieces of text for recipes!

What I would like to see is a separate tab in the journal, which lists crafting things.

    For Provisioning, recipes.

For Alchemy, Ingredients and their effects (I know that this can be seen in the achievements, but it could be presented here as well/ more nicely).

For equipment crafting: Currently known traits, discovered set crafting locations (with show on map option!) This is the one I really want it for - it's hard to remember all the traits i still need when i'm at a guild trader in the middle of nowhere!

For furniture crafting, the "recipes" sorted by type (praxis, designs, blueprints, etc)

For enchanting... well, i guess the runes? Maybe actually say what type of glyph they will create "Superb, Monumental, etc"

There's probably an add-on that does this... but I am on console.

    PS4 - EU

Please put the Eyevea/EarthForge wayshrines back on the map?

Unfortunately, I am unable to use that addon, since I play on PS4. It would be nice to have a reference in game.

Even if it was a "recipe book" that would check mark the name once learned.

This would be a nice addition for players on consoles.

PC players once again have the advantage of add-ons which track information like this and give it to the players in an easy way, but console players would need to manually track this in some form.

Great ideas. I can get behind this.

There are addons to tell you what you're missing. I use one, but I cannot recall the name of it, Recipe Master or Master Recipe List...something like that. Anyway, I've managed to collect all of the recipes in the game (to this point in time) because of it (on one toon).

I agree with this. It would also be nifty not to have to go to a cooking fire when looking up how much of what ingredient you might need for what you intend to cook at the start of a provisioning supply run or such...

I'm a PC player, but would much prefer for this functionality to be "baked in" rather than rely on an addon. Addons are great for customization, but shouldn't be required to access basic information. Even if an addon works perfectly it adds a layer of muss and fuss and the potential for incompatibility.

    Yea it would be nice
Console doesn't get the shiny add ons.. I'm hoping they either compensate the add ons by adding new tools and sections or figure out a way to get them to work on Xbox kind of like how Bethesda has mods for Skyrim on console
May the Schwartz be with you.
