How long will skill changing on PS4 be completely broken?

It's been broken since fall 2016... After changing skills, skill tab will pop up out of nowhere.

PC0523✭✭✭I've found that I have to hit Circle to back out of the skill select menu to fix it. Otherwise, just hitting Options (the fast way) creates the problem you described.
It would definitely be nice if this Skills menu bug could be fixed.0 -
