Sanies Lupinus effect won't disappear ?

So ok. Long time ago I unlocked werewolf skill line on one character. NPC bite me, got "sanies lupinus" effect did the "Hircine's Gift" quest, "sanies lupinus" effect disappeared and only "Lycanthropy" stayed.

Today I unlocked werewolf skill line on second character. I got biten, got "sanies lupinus" effect and did "Hircine's Gift" quest.
Now there is a problem.

I have both effects on my character. "Lycanthropy" and "sanies lupinus". The "sanies lupinus" effect has no timer. I can do "Hircine's Gift" quest multiple times (talk to NPC to start the quest).
The question is: is there any way to remove "sanies lupinus" effect, or it will remove itself (hidden timer or something) or is ist a bug ?

Ok, I tested it and it worked.

After update timer for "sanies lupinus" affect was removed so it wont disappear on its own. It will stay forever unless you go to priest in mages guild in Riften. You can remove "sanies lupinus" effect only
(werewolf skill & "Lycanthropy" effect will stay).
