RIPer's March zone full? Game crashes travelling to zone

For a few evenings now I run into this issue with Reaper's March where I cannot teleport to this zone, or I cannot log in to characters that are located in that zone - I get logged out to login screen. This only happens during peak times (around 20:00 CET time, EU server) so I suspect there are simply too many people in this zone, especially knowing how many people find this zone and Rawl'kha as the city to park their characters, socialize, shop or generally AFK.
Did anyone else run into this issue?
