why am i not getting any customer support you are good a deleting my questions and not answering anything the explorer4s pack came with the game no time related use by date nothing I have been asking for support and getting nothing but when placing my problems on Facebook and Twitter and G+ looks like a lot of people are in the same boat with not getting any support.
If I had not got my friends to start a guild I would not be playing this game nor would have I of spent good money on it which some of my friends can not afford.
I have take advice as far as the game and the DVD box is concerned and I should be fully entitled to what it says I should have, however the poor support I am getting suggest that you are only interested in getting peoples money which bring up legal matters for yourselves.
I want what I have paid for and stop messing me about and the people in the same boat as me.
