Siege weapon/ultimate bug is back?

Or was it ever corrected? I thought this one was fixed a while back. I never had it before, but I've had it twice now this past week. For those that haven't seen it. It's when your going to put down a siege weapon in PvP and you get a second concentric circle that is your ground targeted Ultimate. Try to put a siege down and your ultimate goes off. So far the only way to get rid of this is to log out. Which is totally dumb when there's a que to get into my campaign. C'mon ZoS. Gotta fix this stupidness =/

This is what my problem looks like. I am currently wearing a goblin costume to help with ANOTHER bug from the Pirate Skeleton Monster set not being able to switch bars. So maybe I have a bug within a bug? it's really annoying ZoS!

Nothing to do with the gear your wearing.
I have had it recently as well - and it is as annoying as hell.
Shows two yellow circles for laying down siege and am unable to place it.
Only way I found to fix it is to log out of that char, load another, and come back another day.
Just another bug to add to the very long list that "have simply got no attention from the game developer.

Can't imagine why only one response on this. Be nice if a Dev would at least acknowledge there's an issue, or try to test it.

I haven't experienced this anymore so I hope it really hasn't returned. Been playing in Scourge every day this past month and haven't experienced it like previously.

Last night I did experience the "all you can see is the sky" glitch in the middle of a large fight. Yet I was not killed, which was interesting.
