PS4 : Sorc Pets , And Werewolf wolves cannot be summoned .

30% of the time my PETS cannot be summoned , in the Video that I am providing you will see how at first I summon my Sorc Faimiliar and after it is killed I cannot summon it again but I can use the Healing ability , however my Necropotence set is inactive while the bug happens.
Same Goes with Wolves , some time they spawn , some time not , other times they don't respawn after they die , and they 100% are not respawning if I Die ,
