Sorc Expert Mage bugged with Werewolf /PLAYSTATION 4/

I noticed on my Hybrid Sorc , that when I transform to Werewolf I loose Significant amount of spell damage around 150 ~ So i tested if it is a bug related directly to the Ultimate itself or the Sorcerer Expert Mage passive .
When I have 0 sorc abilities sloted I have 1637 spell damage , and after I transform to WW I have 1637 spell damage
HOWEVER if I have even 1 sorc ability sloted on my bar ,after transforming my spell damage drops to 1489 , this affects my magika heal directly ....
Conclusion : Expert Mage is not working properly whit Werewolf Ultimate
