Are You Saving a 12th Character Slot for a Warden build?
It hasn't been confirmed that there will be a Warden class, but I can't bring myself to use that 12th character slot because I would have to delete it if Warden ever becomes a reality. Is anyone else also saving their 12th character slot?
I would assume that zenimax would see the money oppertunity in adding a new clas to the game, and allow a couple more character slots for sale in the crown store.
I am a Master Angler on 32characters, check the link below for some cool data!
No, I have a couple of existing characters that I would reroll though.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
Meet my characters:
Command: Do the thing.
Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded. Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way. Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing. Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe. Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources. Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources". Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me. Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear. Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem. Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.
Better question, how did you fill 12 character slots? I barely have the energy to do the weekly trial on more than one
Easy. There are four classes and 3 roles. 4x3 = 12
I have one DK healer, one DK fire staff DPS, and one DK tank for example. Same for all the other classes plus you have different weapon skill combinations as well. You just take turns playing one or the other
If they make a Warden, I would save my monthly sub crowns and buy a slot unless they force me to delete a character by not adding slots. But I would absolutely have to try out the Warden.
I have quite a few level 3 characters that I made that can easily be rerolled to the warden if it gets released. We can also hope that ZOS will add more character slots.
12 slots? I have 8 used because I like creating characters but I only actively play 2 and use a 3rd for crafting. The rest are just low level eye candy
If they ever do release new classes, I would hope they would release at least 2 in tandem else the entire world of ESO will be full of just the new class.
I have played this game since ps4 launch and my main character is cp520 and my two other characters are lvl24 and lvl29. So I dont think I will have to worry about those slots getting full.
Probably not a good idea to save a character spot for something that is pure rumor and speculation in the forums (warden, necromancer, or any other new class).
If ZOS does make a new class, great ... you'll have a full month to prepare while it's being tested in PTS.
Warden was a thing in the Alpha/early Beta as far as I recall, and it was scrapped, so I doubt you'll ever see it return, nor any other new classes for that matter. I think ZOS will likely stick to their original plan of merely expanding upon the existing classes, but then again they still haven't released Spellcrafting, which would be ideal for that. If they were to release new classes though, it would stand to reason that they would also seize the opportunity and try to sell more character slots, beyond the existing 4 bonus ones you can buy right now. You have to remember one thing though, ESO is, in regards to new classes, quite different than all other MMOs, when we reach April the game will be three years old, and they have not added any new classes in that span of time, which leads me to believe they never will.
"Madness is a bitter mercy, perhaps, but a mercy nonetheless."
and i wouldnt want them to, the way eso works makes it illogical to make new classes because it would greatly effect balance, of the game in general and in class makeup.
Lol no warden is just something that's popped up on the forums there's no confirmation what so ever that it's coming and I'm assuming if it even is in their plans it's very low down the list considering they attempt to balance out current classes every single update.
