Theorycrafting challenge;

How can i apply a Poison damage DoT, to proc Poisonous Serpent, while in Werewolf form? Any suggestions?

    You can use a weapon with a poison damage enchant.
    This enchant will still work in WW form and thus allow you to procc the "poisoned" status effect. This status effect is a small DoT similar to burning and it should work to trigger the poisonous serpent condition.
    However, the uptime of this would be very low, since weapon enchants have an internal cooldown and only have a 20% (iirc)
    chance to actually trigger "posioned".

    A more useful application would be to use an actual ravage health poison instead of an enchant.

    Yeah, poisons/enchants were the only thing on my list, besides from sets.

    On sets, i have syvarras scales. With the Light attack DoT from werewolf + The DoT skill (claws), it should proc reliably i guess.

    If the DoT skill (claws) would just be Poison instead of disease.

    Any way to guarantee proc chance of "poisoned" status from enchant? Like charged weapon or some set piece?

    You can not guarantee the status effect. Charged only gives a 100% increase of the base chance, so a 40% chance for every procc. But you would sacrafice a lot by not running sharpened.
    Your best bet will probably be using actual poisons.
