Blue screen and crashing this is been happening since day one it has gotten worse with the latest DLC some people are experiencing this worse than others from what I can tell tech-support has offered no real solution to this problem I ask the gamers who have this problem to contact me and see if we can come up with a solution on our own some people will tell you that it's your system I had a PlayStation four and then I upgraded to a pro still the problem persists I have had PlayStation technical support or Sony tell me that the problem is coming from the game I have had my Internet provider tell me the same thing none of my other games are doing this which leads to one conclusion that is this game I read the forms and noticed several others posting as well with no solutions on their posts if anyone has come up with a solution please let me know

Before anyone gets confused, bluescreening a PS4 is just a game crash, not a full system suicide.

Console crashes are more likely than PC crashes in most games. But they do often have similar reasons. I've had a few PVE crashes after playing for several hours. So the update might actually be the cause. (Or at least be contained therein.)

It also might be hardware. Unfortunately, that's not easy to rule out for consoles. (The price you pay for proprietary software and hardware I'm afraid.)

There's not much help the forums can give you, but you should mention what you are doing when it crashes.

Edit: Do either of the consoles have crash reporting?

It was blue screening on my PlayStation four so I upgraded to a PlayStation Pro ruling out a possibility of being a consul issue the blue screen seems to happen when I'm around other players but only in certain areas any home base for in a sample Eldon route. But the majority of The time it happens in PVP I could turn on the consul for the first time in two days going to PVP and crash within five minutes the only thing that I really know is that it has something to do with the servers and the DLC nothing that I have tried so far has worked this has been happening since the beginning of the game, when the game first came out I would only blue screen about three times a week now I am up to eight times in a single day within a four hour time. Before I just say I give up and turn it off for the day. So far no one at zen has been able to help with this it feels like I am being ignored they are more concerned with how I talk to people then fixing my problem.

So I went ahead and did The job for Zen, I switched over to the UK server to see if the problems were still there guess what no I am not blue screening I am not having nearly as many problems as I did on the northern American servers. So that narrows it down to the servers.
