PC NA stuck in loading screen

I cant even reach the character selection screen. Started 45 minutes ago. Is it just me?

It's a ZOS issue and has been for a long time. Add-on's have no bearing.

I have had a couple of these never ending loading screens with the recent server issues that started last weekend with the DDOS attacks. After a couple minutes I force quit and try again and it usually works.

oh sorry, see what you mean. Well, it wasnt good but since an hour or so its just unplayable. Managed to log on but the game is super slow. Expecting being booted soon... /sigh

I am playing on Xbox EU and do have these problems. Out of 8 tries I couldn't log in my main 6 times. On my twink I seem to don't have issues. It's really weird but it's horrible. You need to close ESO and restart it and then you get stuck again.

Ah from the info in game I heard it was from addons as well could be multiple sources

While this case MIGHT be ZOS issue, the part about addons having no bearing is false.

I had one causing long load screens and crash, when I had used it on one character, later deleted that character and remade a new one with the same name. The saved variable file for the addon had conflicting information in it regarding that character and was causing trouble whenever the addon would load. Wiping that saved information for the addon and reconfiguring it new solved the problem.

Additionally, when you get a lot of addons that have individual character information and you have a lot of deletes/remakes/etc it can cause frame rate issues, and wiping out the addon saves and starting fresh fixes it (though is a real pain in the butt)

I did it like 3-4 times? No success, but Im on now with pretty poor performances tho

There are pretty bad lags on Xbox EU as well. I don't know what's the problem but ESO is nearly unplayable for half a week now.

ZOS, what is wrong with the game?

My games running better now after the patch. last week when I guess DDOS attacks were happening, I'd get stuck in loads
