After returning to the DB Sanctuary to accept the Dark Sacrament repeatable quest every day for weeks in a row, the target "Talrahal" is never indicated as a target in the quest. The quest targets will cycle through the list for weeks and consistently, this target never appears as a quest objective. I have reported this as a bug with the /bug function in the game twice and am now making a forum post regarding this, after another complete cycle of the entire list of targets without "Talrahal" ever appearing.
