Hey Community ,

So i thought about heavy armor and armor in general. You dont need to nerf heavy armor its not Overpowered. The thing which makes heavy OP is that you can use shuffle. Just simply make armor sklls so that you can only use them when wearing more than 5 pieces of that armor type. Every Playstyle should have its unique tactics. That way you would balance armor in general.

    The problem with shuffle: When it procs it creates a small window of time where you dodge all attacks against you, instead of calculating dodgechance against every single attacker/attack. And your idea has been brought up more times than there´re RD-nerf posts (even though those posts are rare these days). This idea would kill PvE tanks who are using Tavas favour.

    I read another great suggestion tho yesterday on the forums that would work better:
    "Evasion:
    Shroud yourself in mist to gain Major Evasion, which increases your dodge chance by 20% for 20 seconds. The effect of this ability is in pvp reduced for each part of medium armor missing by 5%."

    So if you have only 2 pieces, you can use this skill but only with , 5% , 3 pieces you get 10% , 4 15% and 5 the full 20%
    Thats balance ...and not the *** you are calling for "nerf heavy, buff this ,....pls i want my *** being op" And if zos would finally do this kind of method with all abilities you can play in a game close to real balance. But balance patches are not give any money to them, so you need to deal with it that you will see like 1000 more shop mounts and such thing before anything major happen.

    But the major issue with Shuffle/elude making you dodge all attacks for a short duration still need to be fixed

    oh thats even better , what a genius. Sorry i forgot about pve. The only downside to this is technical part about it. You have to make it so that every piece gives 4% dodge chance so 5 * 4 = 20 which is major evasion, the thing is that major evasion is a static buff its always going to be 0.20 , so if they make it this way you can then wear a 5pc that gives major evasion and still get the percentage of medium armor passive. They should keep it simple so the devs wont have any issues implementing it. I dont really care about pve tanks tbh, sorry man its just not that important to me. They should make it the way i suggested it otherwise its going to be even more buggy and inconsistent than before.
