It seems like the last couple months latency has gotten very odd to say the least.
Ranging from 40 up to 999+, and some people even report numbers higher than that.
Well I have checked everything and optimized my end, and looks like that's about all we can do till ZOS fixes their side of things.
Here is my speedtest results and a link if anyone wants to test theirs.
