Auto weapon swap on heavy attack

I'm getting erroneous weapon swaps after completing a heavy attack. This only seems to happen on my AD toons. Is anyone else experiencing this?
I'll complete a bow heavy attack and without pressing anything else be switched to my back bar. It's making my stamblade impossible to play correctly.
