I hope it's a field for improvement, since now the bosses' behaviour can sometimes ruin the fun of many if one player moves out of the bosses' area, after which they turn back and reset for everyone. The bosses tend to focus on single player only (probably this with the highest dps) and when that player runs away to stay alive (considering other players do not heal him so he has the right to withdraw and run), the boss should focus on another nearby player, not run blindly after one player finally resetting. That's annoying, especially with random groups of dpses without tanks and teamplay-oriented healers.
