I was tanking, found it super boring and I wanted to focus on pvp once I hit lvl 50 (I'm new to the game)
I was wondering if I could get some help on where to put my early CP points? and also primary bar and back bar (Im a dual weilder/destro staff rn) also wanting to know what attribute points i should set and should i focus on heavy armor or light armor and passive skills like guild lines etc
I've looked at guides etc, but all of it is end game content! Any help or tips is HUGELY appreciated.

There are a lot of Play styles in PvP. What do you want to be doing in PvP?
Duelling?
Small Group? ("Support/Heal" or "Front line/Attack" or "Invincible Tank Troll"?)
Solo?
Zerging?
Siege / Castle Defense?
IC "Capture the Flag"
Ganking?
AP Farming?
Your success in PvP will very much depend on matching your build to the role you want to play.

I've thought about Tava's Favor a fair bit, but I really have to wonder how to reliably activate the 5-piece bonus on it. How does a Magicka Dragonknight dodge attacks? We don't exactly have the Stamina to roll dodge or spam Shuffle.AverageJo3Gam3r wrote: »Sustain sets (pick one): seducer, black rose, desert rose, tavas favor

Ah. Come to think of it, Shuffle actually does sound like a brilliant idea. Substantially improved durability on top of triggering extra ulti generation from Tava's, which gives stamina regeneration back as well. Time for me to go get some Rubedo...EldritchPenguin wrote: »I've thought about Tava's Favor a fair bit, but I really have to wonder how to reliably activate the 5-piece bonus on it. Use shuffle. Don't spam it. Unchained+Battle Roar+Pots will give you more than enough stamina.
Funny that the best self heal available to a Magicka Dragonknight is Vigor, a Stamina based heal. Just goes for show how crap Dragon Blood is right now...I've been having an insanely good cyrodiil experience lately running with 19k stamina and black rose, with vigor or guard and shuffle. Plenty of stamina available and still plenty of damage. Will be switching my molten armaments morph to the one that gives weapon damage as well to boost vigor. At the moment it heals for over 8k for quite a reasonable stamina cost and will only increase when I change that morph.
I'd tried Shalk at one point, but I assumed it was terrible because I was doing terribly. Maybe I need to upgrade my set to purple and try again. That would sure as hell beat getting an entire Tava's set.How come no one ever mentions shalks?
Its less ultimate gen than tavas for sure, but honestly tavas is a terrible set other than the 5 piece and it requires you to run shuffle which, unchained or not, when you are forced to block to survive, is a stamina drain.
Shalks set bonus are better, although the spell crit is a eh, and it doesn't require you to touch your stam. You can pair it with bloodspawn for super sustain or skoria, grothdar for more damage. I feel that it gives you exactly the ult gen that you need.
Its what I've been running and honestly haven't had this much success on my dk in I don't even know how long
