Reset my skills and my firey grip has lost all level experience points

Copied and pasted from my ticket to the "helpdesk".
1. I created an Imperial Dragonknight in 2015
2. I unlocked firery grip and leveled it up to morph. I morphed it to the one that refunds the cost of the ability in the instance you can't pull the target.
3. Over time, i fully leveled this skill.
4. A couple of days ago, I reset my skill points at the shrine to stendarr so I could free up unused skill points.
5. I went through my skills, unlocking and morphing what I needed. For example, I unlocked Puncture under the sword and shield skill tree. As I had already used this and it was fully leveled I was immediately able to morph it. I morphed it to puncture. This skill is currently fully leveled after the skill reset as I'd expect.
6. I unlocked firery grip. It's not morphable. It's sat on level 1. I have used this skill a lot and definitely had it morphed and maxed.
