Did the maintenance break eso plus?

Looks like maintenance is over but i still dont have my craft bag after restart.. :/

    I played today and my craft bag was there, so ... weird.

    Of course, now that I've said that, I've jinxed it. Now next time I boot up the game, my craft bag will be missing. :|
