Unable to log in

Hi so i tried to log in this morning and it keeps saying my account or password is in correct ive tried to recover my password but no luck saying info not right

I crashed just now and am receiving the same error upon trying to log back in.

Is this caused by account system maintenance?

Getting the same problem, changed my password but its still telling me its wrong.

Possibly has to do something with the ongoing account system maintenance? People who are in the game can play, but people who are not in the game are unable to login.

@ZOS_GinaBruno could we get some clarify what's up, please?

guess ill just play some skyrim se for a bit till this is fixed. at least im not the only one thought i was banned or something.

Third night in a row of it for me... I'll crash and will be unable to log back in. I usually give up and when I sign on the next day, no issues.

Getting annoying, really.

Two friends and I were questing in Glenumbra when one of my friends and myself got hit with a massive lag spike. After barely being able to see or do anything in game for over 30 seconds (all while surrounded by werewolves) we were disconnected. We have tried repeatedly to log back in with no success. We keep getting the "Connection to server timed out. Please try again later." error. Our third friend had no such problem and is still in the game just fine, albeit alone and surrounded by werewolves. Help?

Edit/Update: So we are now able to get back in. No idea what happened, still.

Edit/Update: It's now happened again. Same friend and I got massive lag spike, then d/ced. Can't log in again.

I'm not getting the login password error but I cannot get to character selection. It keeps telling me that the login connection has timed out and kicks me back to the login screen.

I am having a login issues also, still.

I wasn't having issues earlier in the week though.
