i don't remmenber when it begins, when i wanted to buy sth,i found i can't open guild store!!
i talked with npc but, nothing happened!!!!!
guys say my account trade might be banned,but i just do daily pledges , i did'nt do things forbbiden.
that's really important, i like this game and bill eso plus until oct 2017, how can u just feedback so arbitrary?then i log in to check but it has not be repaired.because of it you may lose a player i'd say.

✭✭✭✭It's a social ban. Happens when ZOS's spam detection goes nuts. If you sent a lot of mail to someone recently it may have caused it. I'm experiencing the same thing and have since Thursday and it still isn't fixed. Mine was due to trying to send a guildwide mail that stalled and was missing a user defined delay in the addon so I tried to send it again and got hung on it. NovaShadow✭✭✭✭✭It's just a social ban, nothing to do with trade records.
Somewhere, at some point, you triggered the spam setting and you received a social ban.
Could be anything from sending too many mails, looting too quickly in rapid succession.
Simply reply to the automated message from your ticket to trigger the next stage where you are able to receive a reply from a real customer support person.
Or wait it out, think it's about 10 days from memory.PC NA - EPHS1
