Can't access serves

I have searched threads, tried any advice I could find, and I still can't play. I have not been able to play on North America server since Ney years eve, then it crashed. I can sometimes, rarely, access the Europe server. I get an error " Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection. " My internet works great, all other online games work on my Xbox as do pc games like WoW. I was so excited when I got this game, but now I am really disappointed.
