Stamina templars needs better sustain

In aoe situations Stam templar is perfectly fine, thanks to repentance, but in long fight where there are little to no corpse on the ground, stam templar rely only on passives like adrenaline rush, basic regen, potions and spear shard, that's it. Since the dps is already sub par, can we at least have better regen?

For pvp or pve?

For pvp build like the game was intended.... e.g. Actually remember stam regen is a thing.

For pve use VO.

You should ask your healers to provide more shards.

Also, 5 PC VO offers cost reduction to all stam abilities and redguard has vest stam sustain when in melee.

When i played bosmer stamplar with repentance and WW ulti slotted i was keeping kena overkill allmost all the time and have no problems with stam sustain.
