Leveling skill lines

When leveling any skill line in the class or weapon category, does it level up faster if you have more skills from that particular line slotted on your active skill bar?

For example; if I have rending slashes, whirlwind, and flurry all slotted, will it level the dual wield skill line any faster than if I had only flurry slotted?

Just curious as I've not found that information anywhere.

    Exception is vampire. Which is just earn 1.4m xp as one. Skills have to be slotted to rank them up though. Fighters guild and mages guild etc. Class and weapon skills are just as you earn xp whilst slotted.
