How to get poison solvents?

I don't know much about crafting... where do I get the solvents for poisons? I'm only like level 12, so I assume it would be Grease.
I googled for the item, but none of the sites listed anything. Is it sold by merchants / dropped by monsters or something else?

Poisons drop from mob monsters so you will get varying poisons as you kill different mobs.0 -
